I'm Doing a Living Well Reset Staycation July 27–31. Want to Join Me?
June 24, 2026 · 8 min read
A five-day guided wellness experience built around the Living Well Reset framework — no flights, no hotels, just intention, structure, and a little support from wherever you are.
Sometimes the reset you need isn't a flight to Sedona.
It's five days in your own life — but intentionally. Quietly. With your attention pointed inward instead of outward.
That's what I'm creating for myself this summer. And I'm opening it up to anyone who wants to do it with me.
What Is the Living Well Reset Staycation? The Living Well Reset Staycation is a five-day guided wellness experience built around the Living Well Reset framework — the same tools I use personally and offer through Living Well in SWFL. It's not a detox program. It's not a bootcamp. It's not another 30-day challenge that falls apart by day nine. It's a structured, supported week to slow down, tune in, and reset — from the inside out.
The window is July 27–31, 2026. The location is your own home — wherever that is. The experience is guided, intentional, and completely doable alongside your real life.
What You'll Work Through. Each day of the Reset Staycation is designed around a simple theme.
Day 1 — Arrive. Slow down. Assess. Set your intention for the week.
Day 2 — Nourish. Focus on what you're feeding your body and your mind.
Day 3 — Move. Reconnect with what movement actually feels like when it's not punishing.
Day 4 — Release. Identify what's draining you — energetically, physically, environmentally — and begin to let it go.
Day 5 — Restore. Close the week with reflection, rest, and a clear picture of how you want to move forward.
Throughout the week, you'll have access to the Living Well Reset Guide — your daily roadmap — the Living Well Reset Journal with structured prompts to help you process and reflect, the Body Insight System for tuning into how your body is actually responding, daily check-ins and guidance from me via the Living Well Reset Assistant, and a small group of women doing it alongside you.
Why I'm Doing This. I'll be honest with you: July in Southwest Florida is a lot. The heat is real. The pace doesn't always slow down even though the snowbirds are gone. And for those of us who are building businesses, managing homes, navigating family — summer can slip by in a blur of busyness that somehow doesn't feel restful.
I wanted to give myself — and anyone who's been waiting for a reason to press pause — a reason. Five days. No flights. No hotels. No leaving your life to find yourself in it. Just intention. Structure. And a little support.
Who This Is For. This is for you if you've been meaning to clean up how you're eating, sleeping, or moving — but never quite find the right moment. If you're feeling depleted in ways that a good night's sleep hasn't fixed. If you want to reconnect with your body without anything extreme or restrictive. If you're interested in the Living Well Reset but want to do it with guidance and community rather than alone. If you love the idea of a retreat but aren't in a position to travel right now.
You don't need to be in Southwest Florida. You just need five days and a willingness to show up for yourself — wherever you are. This is not a medical program. It's not a weight loss program. It is a personal wellness experience designed to help you feel more like yourself.
How to Join. I'll be sharing daily prompts, reflections, and check-ins through a small, private group for anyone who joins me. Details on how to access the Reset materials and connect with the group will be sent when you sign up.
Participation is complimentary for this first experience — this is a community launch, and I want the right people in the room.
To join, send me a message or email with 'Staycation' in the subject line: carleenmurone@gmail.com. Or DM me directly on Instagram. Spots are intentionally limited. I want this to feel personal, not crowded.
One Last Thing. You don't have to be struggling to benefit from a reset. Some of the people who need this most are the ones who look, from the outside, like they have everything handled. They're functioning. They're showing up. They're doing the things. But internally, there's a quiet kind of depletion that's been going on for a while. And they've been telling themselves they'll deal with it — someday.
July 27 is a real date. It's five days. And it's a start. I hope you'll join me.
— Carleen
